Record the exercises and repetitions performed. Just give the name of the exercise. I would be happy to receive tips and information on other exercises for sport shooters.

My fitness training entry

The membership number from the registration confirmation email is mandatory. I need the number to be able to assign the exercise units to the right person. If the email is lost, please send me a short email. My physiotherapist once said that exercises only make sense with 20 or more repetitions - so don't do so many exercises in one day, but pick out 2-3 exercises and perform them sensibly and repeatedly.
